USB Adapter?
I bought a new keyboard and mouse for my Dell 4600 desktop. The new equipment both have USB connections. What is the name of the adapter I need to buy to convert to the other connector (sorry, don’t know the name- it’s the round one, color-coded, connects to the back of the processor).

That’s a pretty nice system from the spec’s on line. I see that it has 8 USB ports on it. Just use a couple of those. If you need to, you can purchased a powered USB hub for around $15.
If you just really really really want to use the keyboard and mouse ports, what you are looking for is a USB to PS2 adapter. But you don’t need it in this case.
