I can’t add songs to my ipod shuffle 2nd gen. What’s the problem?
My laptop and itunes detect the ipod but I’m having problems syncing with it. I’m using windows xp sp3 by the way. Whenever I add some songs and sync the device, itunes would say sync complete but when you check contents, it’s empty.
Browse through your iPod to see if any new files are added. Also, look to see if the storage properties of your iPod change. Restore your iPod or reset to factory default settings. Try a different USB cable.
