How do you feel now?
How would you describe your state of consciousness?
What excites you?
What is your passion?
What makes you feel sad or happy?
What makes you feel nervous or anxious?
Why have these feelings?
Our emotions, our mental, physical, and of our parts are all connected. We have models that affects all parts of this connection.
Our physical and mental state all together in the creation of our emotional state.
When you take care of your mind and your body, take care of your emotions.
We can not separate these models.
These models are all important elements of his life and interconnected so they can not be separated without causing suffering.
When you think in ways that are not positive, if not you take care of your body, your emotions are reflected in all directions.
Then you can qualify, "said" or "depression" or "anxious."
You can control these emotions with care elsewhere important. By ensuring that your thoughts are aligned with what you really want in your life, ensuring their physical needs are met so well one can create an emotional balance that will bring in a wonderful place — a place where you live the life you want to really live.
The way to do achieve the state of emotional health that you want?
1. Work on creating a family environment that is free of stress by reducing the volume of television and when listening to music. Pay attention to how the Nice calm can be.
2. Consider the colors of your home. Some colors are hot, some are interesting. What you calm down? Look around. What feeling did you get the color of your walls and furniture?
3. De-clutter. Our mind can not remain in a quiet place where they are surrounded by a mess.
4. Meditate. Beautiful weather, with all the attention on the breath up to five minutes a day can do wonders.
5. Set aside "worry time ". For people who tend to obsess, can be very useful. You know you have some amount of time each day to worry, you do not have to do all the day. You have the right of every day the time to leave. Sometimes he writes "can be very therapeutic. Get the paper. Then put the paper and do your business.
6. Admit your feelings to yourself and others. This does not mean that the arguments start. It means honesty. Do not be afraid to mourn times.

Do not assume that you have no control about their feelings. You may be surprised by their feelings, but that does not mean you can not exercise some control over them.
Look at the three areas and think about how they connect.
We have sad things happen.
We can be very disturbing things.
That's life.
However, we can prepare ourselves to face whatever happens in life, being aware of our thoughts, caring for our physical needs in a healthy way, and looking at our emotional needs as something very precious.
Master the three models that control your life and your life will be truly exceptional!
