Well idk about Windows 7, but you can get the iPod Touch the text to another phone if they have wifi. There SMS applications from the App Store that are free and work through the Internet as VoIP. For Windows 7 only know of Yahoo that allows Yahoo to text back and forth with your iPod touch.

House Calls - $9.99 Recently widowed Dr. Nichols (Walter Matthau) finds himself ill at ease in re-entering the singles scene. Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls - $4.99 Overnight sensation Jim Carrey reprises his role as the eccentric detective in this follow-up to the runaway blockbuster Ace Ventura: Pet Detective.
