Dragon Skin armor?
Has anyone seen the new army armor dragon skin? What is this? I heard its supposed to stop 50. Cal bullets.
In fact, I recently saw a program about it. Dragon Skin is made of a cushioning material covering Circular titanium plates. These boards are independent each other so that a ball can be transmitted over a surface. The vest is like the skin of a dragon, bearing scales. First, showed that the rounds Armor piercing can make a quater inch steel. The bullets went through them like through the paper. Nothing stops the bullets. Then showed a fireball in the skin dragon himself. Nothing happened. It also says that some weapons used today is only good for one or two shots. So we tested this possibility. Shot rounds after rounds of armor piercing bullets and still nothing happened. The inventor also created a way of deflecting the blow of the ball, while all of the immediate area of the strike, so more damage than a person can get is a minor hit. Finally, putting the vest on a mannequin and put it in a gernade. The front of the jacket is separated from the rear and some decent damage has been done outside the jacket. But again, nothing happened. Whether or not a person can actually survive something like that I do not know. But do not go to class with shrapnel. In fact, it is quite surprising and interesting this jacket can do it. I do not know the price of it, but I do not think it would be absurd than it is a relatively easy to do.

Skin Game – Widescreen $14.99 Skin Game was historically significant as the 2000th film produced by Warner Bros. studios. The film is a comedy western starring James Garner and Louis Gossett Jr. as a pair of clever Antebellum con men. Garner regularly “sells” the black Gossett into slavery for an exalted price, then “liberates” Gossett so that they can move on to the next sucker. Unfortunately, they outsmart themselves, and before long Gossett seems doomed to a lifetime of forced servitude. Skin and Bone - $14.99 Male escorts for homosexual clients ply their trade to tragic result in this semi-experimental and disturbingly violent film. Much of the narrative centers on handsome Harry, an aspiring actor and professed heterosexual who has been working for the High Noon escort service for many years. As an ‘escort’ he specializes in gay fetishes. In one of the more graphic sex scenes, he allows a producer to exploit his body in order to win a small part on cop-show. Harry also takes time to show Dean, a new recruit at the service how to satisfy customers’ fantasies. Dean loves his new job and takes to it most naturally. Then there is Harry’s other student, Billy, the classic surfer boy. One night Billy mistakes a fellow in a car for a client and rides off with him. For the young escort it’s love at first sight, but unfortunately he ends up beaten to death by gay bashers. An investigation reveals that the madam at the High Noon may be responsible. In the end, Harry too meets tragedy when he participates in a ‘snuff ‘ film.. The Skin Game – B&W $4.99 This uncharacteristic Alfred Hitchcock endeavor was adapted by Hitch and his wife, Alma Reville, from a play by John Galsworthy. The British countryside turns into an ideological battlefield when Hornblower (Edmund Gwenn), a wealthy, self-man tradesman, stakes his claim to a piece of valuable forest property controlled for literally centuries by the “landed gentry.” The local squire (C.V. France) and his wife (Helen Haye) dig in their heels and refuse to acknowledge Hornblower’s presence — how dare he use mere money to challenge the rights of blood? Their genteel snobbery is every bit as obnoxious as Hornblower’s brash effrontery, and the result is a film with virtually no heroes or villains whatever. Skin (Japan) (Mlps) $49.99 All but a reunion of Van Der Graaf Generator in terms of personnel, and hearkening to the latter-day spirit in terms of some of the tone, Skin is nonetheless Peter Hammill continuing to declare his own direction minute by minute, rather than plotting overarching career goals. There is more of a dependence on MIDI on this album, and a lot of obvious keyboard support, but the core human players come through loud and clear, especially Guy Evans on drums and David Jackson on saxes. It is odd to hear Hammill belting his way through a song with the support of sampled and synthesized horns and a rocking beat, especially when the song is about the death of art (“Painting By Numbers”), but it’s also a welcome relief — that ability to flex is exactly the thing that has helped to keep the man’s creative existence alive since 1967. The album is also highlighted by “Four Pails,” a beautiful song by longtime Hammill confederate Chris Judge Smith. Texture of Skin – Subtitle $19.99 Animator Lee Sung-gang makes his debut as a live-action writer and director with this offbeat story of sex and obsession. Min-woo (Kim Yoon-tae) is a journalist who is living in apartment that previously belonged to a woman who died in an auto accident. Min-woo witnessed the wreck, and has become obsessed with the woman’s past, especially since her personal effects were never moved away. Min-woo learns that the woman was dating a sexually confused young man who prefers the company of men and is in the midst of sexual reassignment therapy. As Min-woo begins to lose track of his own present and the dead woman’s past, he encounters Jae-hee (Kim Joo-ryeong), a former lover who is now married. Min-woo is still attracted to her, and to his surprise he discovers she’s willing to sleep with him, under the condition they can only have sex nine times.
